What we process
When you submit a tracking number, it is sent to our API and tracking-data providers to retrieve courier events. If you explicitly open an AI feature, relevant shipment context may also be sent to our AI processing provider to generate that requested output. Do not enter information unrelated to parcel tracking.
Browser storage and cookies
LiveTrackings uses browser localStorage and service-worker caches for essential functions such as saved tracking state, geocoding cache, PWA offline pages, install-prompt dismissal, and your privacy choice. These are not advertising cookies. Clearing this site's browser data removes them.
Optional analytics
Plausible Analytics is optional and cookieless. Its script is not loaded unless you chooseOkay in the privacy notice. Choosing Cancel blocks the Plausible script while leaving tracking and PWA functions available.
Cloudflare provides our hosting, CDN, security, and cookieless aggregate Web Analytics. Cloudflare may process normal request metadata such as IP address and user agent, but its Web Analytics beacon does not use cookies or local storage. This infrastructure-level processing is separate from the optional Plausible preference.
Maps and external services
Route maps use Open-Meteo geocoding, OpenStreetMap tiles, and the Leaflet library. These requests occur only when a route map is rendered, and those services receive normal web request information such as your IP address. Partner offers, including Shippo and optional CPA links, are third-party sites and receive data only when you choose to open them.
Merchant widget
The merchant widget submits the tracking number to our tracking API with CPA Smartlinks disabled. A store embedding the widget remains responsible for its own privacy disclosures and legal obligations.
Retention and control
Browser-stored data remains on your device until it expires or you clear site data. Infrastructure and processing providers may retain operational or security logs under their own policies. For privacy questions or a request concerning data associated with you, emailadmin@livetrackings.com.
