Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using livetrackings.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
LiveTrackings provides parcel tracking status aggregation, optional AI-generated summaries, weather risk context, customs orientation, return eligibility hints, courier scorecards, POD checks, and merchant dispute draft text. Tracking events originate from third-party courier networks and tracking data partners. We do not operate the carriers.
3. No warranty on courier data
Status events, ETAs, locations, and carrier messages may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. LiveTrackings is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify critical delivery decisions with the official carrier.
4. AI output disclaimer
AI features (status translation, weather narrative, True ETA, dispute drafts, customs estimates, POD checks, return eligibility, scorecards) are assistive only. They are not legal advice, customs brokerage, insurance, or a guarantee of refunds, delivery times, tax amounts, or POD photo authenticity. You remain responsible for how you use AI-generated text.
5. Anonymous use & local storage
The App may store tracking numbers and last-known status in your browser (localStorage). Clearing site data removes saved parcels. We do not require an account for core tracking.
6. Privacy (summary)
Optional, cookieless Plausible Analytics loads only after you choose Okay in the privacy notice. Tracking numbers you submit are sent to our API proxy and processing partners to fulfill your request. Do not submit sensitive personal data beyond what is needed to track a parcel. See our Privacy Policy or contactadmin@livetrackings.com.
7. Affiliate & advertising disclosure
Core tracking requests do not open partner offers. An explicit click on a paid AI insight card may open a CPA Smartlink in a background tab while that requested insight is processing. Return-label actions use a disclosed prepaid-label affiliate path (for example Shippo PartnerStack). We may earn a commission if you complete a partner action. The free Cryptic Status Translator and merchant embeds (<livetrackings-widget>) do not open CPA Smartlinks.
8. Merchant widget
The free embed widget is provided without SLA or uptime guarantee. Merchants must comply with applicable privacy and e-commerce laws when embedding it on their storefronts. Demo tracking numbers on documentation pages are placeholders and may not return live events.
9. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the API, scrape at abusive rates, reverse-engineer to attack carriers, or use the service for unlawful surveillance. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveTrackings and its operators are not liable for lost packages, delayed deliveries, customs charges, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or App.
